Hello! Glad to meet you! My name is Miguel Pichardo, the artist and creator behind 9ichardo.

Yes, all Art, Prints, and Merch are my original artwork.

I retain all rights to all the artwork and have the rights to reproduce and license images of artwork created by me, Miguel Pichardo, including sold artwork. Purchasing my work does not give the buyer permission or rights to reproduce or sell my artwork without my written permission. If you are interested in purchasing the rights to any of my artwork, please contact me here to discuss your ideas. 

All art will have my signature, and the year it was created.
All archival prints will also be hand-signed and hand-numbered according to their edition and the year it was printed.

Archival prints are high-resolution images of original artwork printed on museum high-quality, acid-free paper in an exclusive limited edition.

Shipping Questions

We package and ship directly from my Studio in Los Angeles, California. We try to process the order as soon as we get the order.
Processing may vary. It usually takes 1-3 days, and shipping typically takes around 5-10 days in the US. Read More on the Shipping Policy.

Processing time is the time between when an order is placed and packaged by us and then handed over to the Delivery Service Provider. (ex: USPS or UPS.) Read More on the Shipping Policy

Delivery within the US usually takes around 5-10 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Read More on the Shipping Policy. 

Unfortunately, not now. We only ship within the United States.

We are looking into shipping internationally, maybe in the near future! 

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number sent to your email. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number. (for example, UPS, USPS, etc.) – or by text message, if you added and accepted notifications via text. 

All orders are very well packaged to avoid any accidents during transit. But if you receive a damaged package, please take a picture and email us the image to support@9ichardo.co immediately. Read details about this here.
